Hurricane
Tarps from Operation Blue Roof Program

All members of our team have multiple years of experience helping communities get back to business. Our teams are fully trained, certified, and insured.
Every recovery mission is different and will have a different road to recovery. We have a vast pool of experts and specialists to draw experience and resources from, assuring you that we can properly assess, and develop the right plan that will get you on the best-suited route to recovery as quickly as possible.
Our Team has an extended coverage program that guarantees 100% coverage across the U.S. and into the Caribbean. As a regular course of business, we fluidly mobilize people and resources – branch to branch, region to region and cross borders – when we need to.
This fluid approach to doing business differentiates us in our industry, while creating unmatched abilities to service the unique needs of our customers.

Here are three takeaways:

  • Project Warehousing & Staging Materials: Executing a large project with efficiency starts with being prepared. Staffing and bringing in materials for any large project is paramount in the ability to equip yourself and subs with the specific items called for by the work orders.
  • Leadership Experience: Our experience in hurricane and other Emergency Response work for public authorities and private clients, combined with our experience in complete site construction, gives us a distinctive edge. We understand the challenges involved with storm weather, massive crew and trucking coordination, material management and debris disposal, as well as environmental concerns and administrative burdens.
  • Supporting Local Hiring: Mobilization and planning depend on the specifics of each event, infrastructure in place and/or the lack thereof. Our approach is to stay “in place” where possible and hire the employees in the area we are working on. In this manner we help keep people employed and have access to a team who are familiar with the local community.

Military Base Rapid Deployment Contracts

Bigfoot’s commitment to disaster recovery efforts extends past residential and commercial contracts. Bigfoot has performed contracts on military bases like Tyndall Air Force Base and the Naval Support Activity Base (NSA) in Panama City, Florida. Some of the construction performed on military bases include but not limited to: TPO Roofing, Temporary Structure Framing, Doors, Windows, Temporary Roofing, Torch Down Roofing and Silt Fences. All of Bigfoot’s staff that included Project Managers, Safety Personal and Roofers to be cleared to enter the base were subject to strict background checks. Bigfoot is proud to be a part of these projects as we support our US Military and their families. Contact us today.
